We do not process or ship orders on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, or major holidays.

GLAYSE Skin Theory is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery passes to the carrier.

Due to the nature of skincare and personal care products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges.
