Where we ship:
We currently ship throughout the United States.
At this time, international shipping may not be available. Please check our website for updates regarding international availability.
How to track my order:
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipment confirmation.
My shipping information is incorrect:
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the package is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees required to resend the order.
GLAYSE Skin Theory is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
My package is delayed:
While we strive to meet all shipping estimates, occasional delays may occur due to carrier issues, severe weather, holidays, or high shipping volumes.
We appreciate your patience and understanding during these situations.
My package was damaged:
We take great care in packaging every order, but occasionally shipping damage can occur.
If your order arrives damaged or if you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will gladly send a replacement for the damaged item.
To help us improve our packaging and shipping processes, please include:

My package was lost, delayed, or stolen:
GLAYSE Skin Theory is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, GLAYSE Skin Theory is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
Returning my order:
Due to the nature of skincare and personal care products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
For the safety and hygiene of our customers, we cannot restock or resell products once they have left our facility.
Please review product descriptions, ingredient lists, and your order carefully before completing your purchase.
