Shipping

At GLAYSE Skin Theory, each order is carefully prepared to ensure your products arrive safely and in excellent condition.

Please allow 3–5 business days for order processing before shipment. Processing times may be extended during product launches, holidays, promotions, or periods of high order volume.

Orders are processed Monday through Thursday only. We do not process or ship orders on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, or major holidays.

Orders placed after business hours on Thursday may not begin processing until the following Monday.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.

 

Returns

At GLAYSE Skin Theory, we take pride in creating high-quality skincare products that are carefully crafted and packaged.

Due to the nature of skincare and personal care products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

For the safety and hygiene of our customers, we cannot restock or resell products once they have left our facility.

Please review product descriptions, ingredient lists, and your order carefully before completing your purchase.

 

Order Cancelation

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not entered processing.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
